Another year, another Met Ball. The biggest fashion red carpet & event of the year is currently underway at MoMA in NYC. Some of the biggest names and fashion and Hollywood came out to celebrate ..

Once again, for the second year in a row, Beyonce Knowles took over VOGUE’s 2013 “PUNK: Chaos To Couture” themed Met Ball tonight rocking an eye catching and sexy look from Givenchy Haute Couture. After last year’s shutdown in the purple & black feather & sheer number, Bey, who is serving as this year’s honorary co-chair, switched it up with a strapless leather bodice and a printed gold and black skirt with a high slit that exposed matching boots, and came with matching gloves.

Absolutely loving Alicia Keys’, LaLa’s, and Kerry Washington’s looks for the night.

Alicia kept her sexy edge in a leather cutout Jason Wu halter dress with a red sequined bottom half and the perfect touch of punk with Robert Lee Morris jewels, a Tonya Hawkes clutch and streak of red hair.

“Scandal” star Kerry Washington has been on a whirlwind NYC promo tour today hitting up several back to back to back talk shows. And she pulled it together once again tonight in a gorgeous Vera Wang creation. Vera stepped outside the box of her usual simple colors and flowy looks to go for a structured multimedia dress with a bold metallic print. And it worked perfectly for Kerry.

Kerry and Vera even posed it up with Andre Leon Talley inside looking like a page snatched straight from VOGUE magazine.

LaLa Anthony looked amazing as she flew solo in this red satin Zac Posen dress as she showed off her new slim & toned bod in a dress that would show every flaw. But in this look, she’s got none. Perfect straightened & cut blonde hair as well.La had posed with her girl Chanel Iman who rocked a striped J.Mendel frock.

Nicole Richie Gets best dressed in my book! She stepped out the box and fashion is all about setting your own trend. Loveeee it!
And let’s discuss Nicole Richie’s surprising silver foxy look shall we? We must say, it works for her. It’s a costume gala after all and she gave just enough “costume” drama. Chick could play Storm in X-Men. The fashion diva rocked Dana Rebecca Designs and a Maria Francesca Pepe ring.

Rocking a white Thakoon look with an exposed midriff slit and a high split in the skirt, Rita Ora got it all the way right with the hair and makeup as well. Loving this look for her.she paired her look with Nicholas Kirkwood heels and Tasaki for Thakoon necklace, earrings and bracelet. She topped it all off with Cartier rings.

Jennifer Lopez got catty in this stunningly glam Michael Kors gown. Very unexpected look by the all American designer, but the risk paid off because Jenny looks amazing. As usual, the cheetah style nude and black print dress looks painted on. And she’s freaking flawless.

“Scandal” actress Kerry Washington stood out on a red carpet full of black gowns at tonight’s 2013 Screen Actors Guild Awards

Kerry described her look as “Olivia Pope white” while talking to E! on tonight’s 2013 SAG Awards red carpet at the Shrine Auditorium in L.A.

She rocked a two-piece Rodarte gown complete with a split V quilted top and flowing white bottom with a lace hem. She accessorized with a silver box Judith Leiber clutch and Fred Leighton diamond earrings for the occasion. And we love the formality of the look.

“Entertainment Tonight” correspondent Rocsi Diaz looked modelesque in her strapless ivory and black lace Mandalay dress and XIV Karats jewels:

Jordan Sparks whipped out a curve hugging, Grecian inspired royal blue Nicole Miller Atelier gown for the big red carpet:

The one shoulder sash macrame embellished overlay gold & black viscose dress is by London-based designer Ekaterina Kukhareva. She definitely took a risk with this bold look, but the way she put together from makeup to shoes I think she did an awesome job!

Sparkle star Jordin rocked a multi-print long gown from the Etro Fall 2012 collection. And pulled it off nicely.Fresh faced and pretty as always.

And of course Kelly Rowland came out gorgeous as ever!

Kelly Rowland looked her usual gorgeous self in a Naeem Khan Fall 2012 dress embellished with mirrored stones and felt applique. Good look for her.

The new ‘Entertainment Tonight” correspondent Rocsi Diaz showed off her gams in a black & white peplum & dramatic shoulder mini dress.

She went the sheer lace route in her Stella McCartney Resort 2013 longsleeved dress. She accessorized with a yellow Kotur clutch and coral pumps. And some type of way, pulled this difficult almost frumpy look completely off. Only a few people could pull this look off… I love that she took a risk !

Eva Longoria hit the carpet in a pretty white dress from Dana Budeanu, a nude YSL clutch and Louboutin ankle strap pumps as she presented the Star Power Award to her good friend Kerry Washington, in an embellished Marchesa dress & bow tie Louboutin pumps. And they posed with the gorgeous Tarajji P. Henson in her golden metallic peplum dress from Diane Von Furstenberg.

The “Person Of Interest” star looked picture perfect in the curve hugging look and leopard Louboutin pumps.

Co-hosts Tracee Ellis Ross & Regina King put their best fashion feet forward in their sexy black looks.

And Mrs. Meagan Good Franklin blew a few kisses with Keyshia and rocked a midriff baring crop top and sheer maxi skirt look for the carpet.

Meagan kicked it with BET’s head honcho Debra Lee and her new natural mini-fro.

“Basketball Wives” star Laura Govan made her way to the event in a very interesting look. She posed it up with sponsor CHEVY’s new 2013 Malibu, and the new “106 & Park” fellas–Shorty Da Prince & Bow Wow.

Laura wore Anna Francesca couture.

While Gabrielle Union kept it simple in a black Dolce & Gabanna dress. This wig though…. We’re ready for a drastic change up for the Gabster…like a short sharp angled bob.

Janelle Monae looked pretty and polished in her typical look. She rocked a tailored black tux with a McQueen clutch.

Marsha Ambrosius rocked a chic black and white look accentuated with a pretty embellishment.

India Arie kept it bright with a black knee length dress with neon yellow trim

Ciara rocked a runway couture Givenchy look.
