She’s A Brick House….. Oh my, I’ve always wanted a brick house. I found out that brick and mortar deteriorate. Physical shapes soon run out! It’s like material possessions they are wonderful, but nothing can take the place of what I possess inside.

Take supplements instead of all the medications. We have become drug stores full of medications instead of finding natural supplements. Exercises daily create that time for you. Yes that’s right YOU!

To be 1st you must be at the top; this means to accelerate past the rest. Acceleration is elevation. Elevation only happens when I prepare for the next level. This isn’t automatic, it happens on purpose.
