First Lady Michelle Obama had on blue the other night. But in the most regal way possible. As she and her Presidential husband welcomed British Prime Minister David Cameron & his wife Samantha Cameron, Mrs. Obama made a statement in an off-the-shoulder Marchesa evening gown.
Mrs. O, wearing the deepest shade of teal in a column silhouetted Marchesa gown draped off-the-shoulder, paired her understated glam look with a statement Tom Binns necklace.
She welcomed Mrs. Cameron, who wore Alessandra Rich and black pumps.

It’s not an offence to say that a perosn does not smile as often as others. It’s just stating what one sees. I don’t know Kristen Stewart so I can’t tell how her perosnality is like, but on the other hand I’m not really into Twilight either so I’m not at all influenced by how her charachter is in those movies (see the comment above by noo) so I just tell what I see from looking at the pics of the events.I definitely look forward to see more pics like these above, with her smiling (she has a very sweet smile, by the way) and looking like she’s having fun.
